  After just about 1 minute of dialog with Randall I found him quite rude and offensive. I found his staff (by that I mean the receptionists) to be rude and offensive and I guess they learned that from him. He threatened me by telling me if I did not like the way his staff talked to me I should find another doctor. Then he hung up the phone on me after telling me to have a nice day. So much for his bedside manner, he is obviously too old and should retire. He forgets he is a public employee and that my taxes pay his salary and also his taxes. But then a lot of people who have a government job and belong to a big union tend to become very arrogant and self-important. He is not my doctor thank god, but his partner Dr. Leifer is and Dr. Leifer rates 5 stars.
