  Yesterday I had a regular check that went very well. The staff there are always pleasant and the explanation of procedures needed is well explained. I would recommend them highly.

  I had the worst experience at this dental practice. They had no idea why I was there for an appointment, as they did not record any of the details I gave them over the phone when I made the appointment, and it wasnt until I was in the chair that they asked why I was there. They did not make any effort to get me in sooner to fill a cavity even though I was in pain. And when I arrived for my appointment, they had no record of the last time I was there in May, no amount charged or services listed. They charged me 700$ for a cleaning and to repair a chip in my back tooth. After I walked out they called me to ask about my experience, and when I asked them to check their records of why I was there last time, they had entered in false information about getting two fillings and a bunch of other work done. Ill never go to this practice again and I would recommend going somewhere else to anybody else. If the dentistry is anything like the office work, AVOID THIS PLACE if you want proper record of any dental work done here.
